How it Works
We allow extra time between appoinments to ensure your pet doesn't come in to contact with another animal before or after the session.
Your pet dictates the session - spending their time exploring/sniffing the whole area and once settled we can introduce some light palpation/touching and introducing equipment if they allow and at their pace.
If they settle and accept touch and equipment we would leave the session there and invite you to come back for a full treatment session with the £10 deducted from your full treatment session.
If your pet is still finding the experience scary/stressful we would offer some enrichment - Lickimats, treats to see if this helps them to relax, we can then schedule a follow up of the same style slowly building up their exposure to different elements. Each subsequent session would be charged at a lower rate of £5 and deducted from their first full treatment session.
In some cases, we may find your pet is just not comfortable in the clinic and therefore we can offer a home visit on a case by case basis.

Your veterinarian must be your first point of contact for any major concerns.
